- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung und Entwicklung eines Solution Designs zur Einführung unseres neuen globalen ERP-Systems SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud
- Sie sind das eigenverantwortliche, technisch orientierte Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Implementierungspartnern
- Sie analysieren und bewerten komplexe Anforderungen der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich deren Abbildung im ERP-System
- Sie führen Anforderungsworkshops durch, übernehmen Customizing-Tätigkeiten sowie Funktions- und Integrationstests
- Sie leiten IT-Projekte unter Berücksichtigung von Inhalt, Zeit und Budget und entwickeln sowie stimmen Lösungsdesigns mit Fachbereichen und dem ERP-Team ab
- Sie führen Prozessanalysen, Prozessoptimierungen, Benutzerinteraktionen und Stammdaten-Konzepte ganzheitlich durch und entwickeln komplexe Lösungen zur Abdeckung nationaler und internationaler Anforderungen

- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT‑Umfeld (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung aus der ERP‑Beratung oder Projekten mit
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im ERP‑Umfeld (SAP S4/Hana Private Cloud) und die Fähigkeit, implementierungsfähige Prozesse zu designen
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung im SAP‑Customizing und Debugging sowie Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und deren Abbildung im SAP-System
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, treten souverän auf und haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert und strukturiert, um nachhaltigen Mehrwert fürs Unternehmen zu schaffen, und können zwischen formulierten Anforderungen und dem tatsächlichen funktionalen Bedarf differenzieren
