- Sie unterstützen die Pflegedienstleitung bei der Organisation und Steuerung des gesamten Pflegebereichs
- Bei Abwesenheit der Pflegedienstleitung übernehmen Sie deren Vertretung in fachlichen und organisatorischen Belangen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Pflegefachmann/-frau)
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene oder begonnene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder stellvertretenden Leitung, alternativ unterstützen wir Sie gern bei der Qualifizierung
- Sie konnten bereits erste Leitungserfahrung sammeln oder möchten sich gezielt in diese Rolle weiterentwickeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent aus
- Sie überzeugen durch ein freundliches, sicheres Auftreten und eine klare, empathische Kommunikation

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
