Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben die Qualifikation zur Einrichtungsleitung gemäß HGBPAV oder eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Fachwirt:in im Gesundheitsmanagement oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Pflegemanagement
- Sie verfügen über Methodenkompetenzen in Wirtschaftsplanung, Personalführung, Besprechungswesen und Projektmanagement
- Sie bringen fachliche Expertise und Erfahrung in der Leitung von stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen mit
- Sie besitzen kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und Organisationsgeschick
- Sie haben Freude an der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und treten sicher, verbindlich und zugleich freundlich auf, mit dem Bewusstsein für die Verantwortung, die die Position mit sich bringt
- Sie zeigen Engagement, emotionale Intelligenz und ausgeprägte beratende sowie soziale Kompetenz

About Alten- und Pflegezentren des Main-Kinzig-Kreises gGmbH
Die Alten- und Pflegezentren wurden 1996 als Eigenbetrieb gegründet und 2005 in eine gemeinnützige Gesellschaft umgewandelt. Das Unternehmen entstand aus den Traditionseinrichtungen Altenzentrum Rodenbach und Kreisruheheim Gelnhausen – mit damals 247 Pflegeplätzen sowie etwa 250 Mitarbeitern und entwickelte sich bis heute (Stand 1.8.2024) mit 988 Pflegeplätzen, 77 Wohnungen und Appartements für Service- und Betreutes Wohnen und über 1.100 Mitarbeiter*innen zum größten kommunalen Anbieter stationärer Altenpflege in Hessen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
