- Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen analysierst und bearbeitest du technische Anfragen zu unserer Cloud-Lösung per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem.
- Du löst eigenständig Störungen im 1st-Level, indem du Probleme systematisch nachstellst und behebst, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
- Du übernimmst die Konfiguration und Wartung von VoIP-Endgeräten wie Telefonen oder Headsets und unterstützt die Nutzer:innen bei der Einrichtung.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Betreuung unserer hauseigenen Cloud-Plattform mit und bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung ein.
- Damit dein Wissen im Team geteilt wird, pflegst und erweiterst du sorgfältig unsere technische Dokumentation in der Wissensdatenbank.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
