Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren Verpackungslösungen für unsere Lebensmittelprodukte von der Idee bis zur Serienreife
- Sie bewerten Verpackungsmaterialien hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und gesetzlicher Anforderungen (insbesondere PPWR)
- Sie stellen die effiziente Verarbeitung von Verpackungen auf unseren Produktionsanlagen sicher
- Sie definieren und überwachen Qualitätsstandards und leiten geeignete Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen ein
- Sie arbeiten in interdisziplinären Projekten eng mit Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Produktion und externen Partner:innen zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen zwingend über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Verpackungstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in der Verpackungsentwicklung mit, idealerweise aus der FMCG-Branche.
- Sie kennen sich mit den relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Normen im Verpackungsbereich (z. B. PPWR) bestens aus.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringen Projekte gerne zum Erfolg.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) und gut auf Englisch (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
