- Begleitung von Vergabeverfahren sowie Durchführung von Bietergesprächen und Verhandlungen
- Kostenermittlung in den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 2, 3 und 6 zur Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen Budgetplanung
- Mitwirkung in den Leistungsphasen 6 und 7 mit aktiver Unterstützung des Projektverlaufs
- Unterstützung in der Bauüberwachung und Bauoberleitung mit Fokus auf Qualität, Termine und Effizienz
- Sicherer Umgang mit vergaberechtlichen Anforderungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur:in, Architekt:in oder Wirtschaftsingenieur:in Bau
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, z. B. in der Kalkulation, Bauleitung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Interesse an einem Wechsel in ein Ingenieurbüro und an der Mitarbeit in anspruchsvollen Projekten
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Neugier sowie sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1)
- Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung mit Unterstützung durch interne und externe Weiterbildungsangebote

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
