Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und übernimmst dabei sämtliche Abschlussbuchungen.
- Du bereitest aussagekräftige betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen sowie Kennzahlenberichte auf und dienst als Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung.
- Du steuerst die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung – von der Kontenabstimmung über das Forderungsmanagement bis zur Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle.
- Du verantwortest die termingerechte Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und agierst als Kontaktperson für steuerrechtliche Themen.
- Gemeinsam im Team treibst du die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Finanzprozesse voran, um die Effizienz kontinuierlich zu steigern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter/in (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen oder im Handwerk.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht (HGB).
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, bist du versiert.
- Eine analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und absolute Diskretion zeichnen dich aus.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).
