Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Koordination des Montagepersonals sowie externer Dienstleister auf den Baustellen
- Du führst die fachgerechte Montage, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von komplexen Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen eigenständig und nach Plan aus
- Du überwachst den Baufortschritt, die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards sowie Qualitätsvorgaben und erstellst Aufmaße und Baudokumentationen
- Du sorgst als Schnittstelle zwischen der Projektleitung, den Fachplanern und den Bauherren für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) SHK, Mechatroniker (m/w/d) für Kältetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik mit und konntest vorzugsweise erste Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Teamführung sammeln.
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein sicheres Lesen von Montageplänen, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Als durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit schätzt du den direkten Kontakt zu Kunden sowie deinem Team und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Deine guten Deutschkenntnisse (B2-Niveau) ermöglichen dir eine reibungslose Kommunikation auf der Baustelle und mit allen Projektbeteiligten.
