Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Wartung, Inspektion und Instandsetzung von Lichtrufanlagen und Kommunikationssystemen direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
- Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen sowohl per Fernwartung als auch im direkten Serviceeinsatz, um die Systemverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen.
- Sie sind für die Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration neuer Anlagenkomponenten verantwortlich und sorgen für eine reibungslose Integration in die bestehende Infrastruktur.
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich Software-Updates sowie Systemerweiterungen durch und halten die Anlagen unserer Kunden auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik.
- Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit lückenlos und stehen unseren Kunden als kompetenter technischer Ansprechpartner beratend zur Seite.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in, Elektriker:in, IT-Systemelektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen Erfahrung im technischen Service mit, idealerweise im Bereich der Sicherheits-, Kommunikations- oder Gebäudetechnik.
- Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und die Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiten Serviceeinsätzen.
- Für die professionelle Kundenbetreuung kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
