Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Controller (m/w/d)mit analytischer Stärke, Eigeninitiative und betriebswirtschaftlichem Weitblick.
Aufgabenbereich:
- Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Tertial- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim Intercompany-Reporting und bei Cashflow-Bewertungen
- Durchführung des Investitions-, Kostenstellen-, Projekt- und Produktcontrollings
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports und KPI-Analysen zur Unternehmenssteuerung einschließlich Maßnahmentracking
- Stellvertretende Unterstützung der Leitung Finanzen & Controlling im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei fachlichen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Ergebnisanalyse und im Gruppenreporting
- Mitarbeit bei Jahresbudget, Forecast und den dazugehörigen Nacharbeiten
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Kalkulationen und Profitcenter-Rechnungen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und in der Finanzbuchhaltung

Anforderungen:
- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen – alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, gerne in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Freude an Zahlen und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein lösungsorientierter Umgang
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
