Dein Gestaltungsbereich.
- Du verantwortest das Werksreporting, analysierst Kennzahlen, Margen und Ergebnisse und leitest daraus relevante Erkenntnisse und Handlungsfelder ab.
- Budget und Forecast begleitest du ebenso wie Kostenstellen-, Projekt-, Produkt- und Investitionscontrolling und behältst dabei die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung im Blick.
- Du analysierst und interpretierst interne Kostenströme entlang der Wertschöpfungskette, prüfst Kalkulationen und Profitcenter-Rechnungen und klärst Abweichungen gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Bereichen.
- Bei Monats-, Tertial- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim Gruppen- und Intercompany-Reporting bringst du deine Controlling-Perspektive ein und unterstützt bei den relevanten Abschlussarbeiten.
- Als fachliche Stellvertretung der Leitung Finanzen & Controlling vertrittst du deren Themen bei Bedarf in definierten Meetings und Business Reviews und stellst einen verlässlichen Informationsfluss sicher.

Dein Profil - Mehr als nur Fachwissen.
- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – entscheidend ist für uns dein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, Business Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren analytischen Funktion, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen.
- Eine hohe Zahlen- und Analysekompetenz: Du kannst komplexe Informationen einordnen, Zusammenhänge erkennen und verständlich auf den Punkt bringen.
- Souveränität und Kommunikationsstärke, um dich sicher zwischen unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und Ansprechpartnern zu bewegen, Informationen einzuholen und Themen eigenständig voranzubringen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
