Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie prüfen, kontieren und erfassen Eingangsrechnungen in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung buchhalterisch
- Sie klären Differenzen und offene Posten
- Sie arbeiten bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit, inklusive Kontenabstimmungen, Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen sowie der Erstellung von Reportings und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen sowie an abteilungsübergreifenden Schnittstellenthemen mit
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für Lieferant:innen in allen abrechnungs- und zahlungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Sie erstellen und übermitteln steuerliche sowie statistische Meldungen und unterstützen bei der Reisekostenabrechnung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, effizient und eigenverantwortlich mit hohem Maß an Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Sie sind teamfähig und arbeiten zuverlässig und verbindlich, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil
