Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest das selbstständige Einrichten und Programmieren von CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen zur Fertigung präziser Bauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Du überwachst aktiv den Fertigungsprozess, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und optimierst bei Bedarf die Maschinenparameter.
- Basierend auf deiner Erfahrung übernimmst du die Planung der Fertigungsaufträge und stellst die termingerechte Abarbeitung sicher.
- Zusätzlich gehört die regelmäßige Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen zu deinem Aufgabenbereich, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Dreh- oder Frästechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen, zum Beispiel mit Siemens- oder Heidenhain-Steuerungen.
- Eine selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Arbeitsalltag sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) erforderlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
