Die Brasserie Colette Tim Raue ist ein Brasserie-Konzept, das als Teil der Tertianum Premium Residences in Berlin, München und Konstanz entstand und vom Berliner Sternekoch Tim Raue konzipiert wurde. Im Mittelpunkt der drei Restaurants steht eine klassische Brasserie-Küche, deren Aromatik und Präsentation jedoch die typische Tim Raue Handschrift trägt.
