Regelmäßige Fahrten zu regionalen Kunden im Umkreis von München, Landshut, Freising und Moosburg für Wartung und Instandsetzung von Anlagen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst selbstständig regelmäßige Wartungen, Inspektionen und Funktionsprüfungen an Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Kälte- und Klimaanlagen durch
- Du lokalisierst und behebst Störungen und technische Mängel zuverlässig und führst anstehende Reparaturen eigenverantwortlich aus
- Du nimmst Prüfungen vor, wie Dichtheitsprüfungen, Hygienewartungen oder Kontrollen sicherheitsrelevanter Bauteile, und nutzt digitale Wartungsdokumentationen
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen kompetent bei technischen Fragestellungen und vertrittst unser Qualitätsversprechen freundlich und professionell vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Heizungsbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wartung, Diagnose und Instandhaltung von technischer Gebäudeausrüstung bzw. HKLS-Anlagen mit.
- Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches, kundenorientiertes Auftreten zeichnen dich aus.
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B für die Fahrten zu unseren regionalen Kund:innen.
- Für die professionelle Beratung vor Ort sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
