Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Umsetzung von Montagearbeiten in internationalen Kundenprojekten
- Du wirkst bei der erfolgreichen Abwicklung der Montageprozesse vor Ort mit
- Du dokumentierst den Montagefortschritt und erstellst relevante Projektunterlagen wie Erection Reviews, Baustellen-, Fortschritts- und Abweichungsberichte sowie Mängellisten
- Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen und Berichte und stellst eine strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Projektdokumentation sicher
- Du verfolgst Montagemängel nach und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Projektbewertungen, Nachbereitungen und Lessons Learned
- Du stellst eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Montageprozesse sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Anlagenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Anlagenbau, in der Oil-&-Gas-Industrie oder im Umfeld komplexer Großprojekte
- Du bringst praktische Baustellenerfahrung mit und kennst die Anforderungen und Abläufe internationaler Projektumgebungen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, bist kommunikationsstark und organisationsfähig
- Du trittst sicher auf, bist zuverlässig und durchsetzungsstark und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf B2-Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
