Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie installieren Kennzeichnungsgeräte direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort und nehmen diese fachgerecht in Betrieb.
- Sie führen eigenständig Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen durch – sowohl im Außendienst als auch in unserer Werkstatt.
- Sie analysieren und beheben systematisch Störungen an mechanischen, elektrischen sowie elektronischen Komponenten und stellen die Funktionsfähigkeit der Anlagen sicher.
- Sie bearbeiten technische Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Remote-Zugriff und weisen Anwender:innen in die Bedienung der Geräte ein.
- Sie beraten Kund:innen proaktiv zu Wartungsoptionen und Optimierungspotenzialen und stehen dem Vertrieb als technische:r Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Serviceberichte und pflegen die technische Dokumentation in unserem ERP-System, um unseren Qualitätsstandard zu sichern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektronik und Steuerungstechnik und haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit industriellen Kennzeichnungs-, Druck- oder Markierungssystemen
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung und sind sicher im Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen und technischer Software
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und industrieller Kommunikation, gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrungen im technischen Kundendienst oder Servicebereich und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung aus
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, haben ein hohes technisches Verständnis, sind kommunikationsstark und treten sicher bei Kund:innen auf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
