Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse Personalgewinnung, Personalbindung und Personalentwicklung innerhalb unseres Unternehmens, einschließlich der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung des zugehörigen Teams
- Sie steuern und kontrollieren die jährliche Personalbedarfsplanung sowie den Budgetierungsprozess im verantworteten Bereich
- Sie führen Maßnahmen zur Nachfolgeplanung, Potenzialerfassung und -entwicklung ein und setzen diese um, einschließlich der zugehörigen KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung
- Sie bauen bestehende HR-Managementsysteme sowie weitere digitale Formate im HR-Umfeld auf und aus
- Sie leiten und koordinieren Projekte innerhalb der verantworteten HR-Prozesse sowie themenübergreifend in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung HR-Verwaltung & Controlling (z.B. Entgelttransparenz, Stellenbeschreibungen, Vergütungssysteme, etc.)
- Sie beraten, begleiten und schulen Führungskräfte und Fachabteilungen in allen Fragen der verantworteten HR-Prozesse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikationen in Personalmanagement, Arbeits- & Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in operativen und strategischen HR-Themen sowie erste Erfahrung in der Teamführung und Projektkoordination
- Sie sind eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit, die unterschiedlichste Zielgruppen gleichermaßen für Ihre Themen begeistern kann
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, gepaart mit hoher Umsetzungs- und Lösungsorientierung, sowie Sorgfalt und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Organisations- und Koordinationsgeschick sowie Freude an der Zusammenführung globaler Perspektiven
- Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen M365-Anwendungen und verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
