Was zeichnet dich aus?
- Zertifizierter Buchhalter/in – z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter/in (IHK), Steuerberater/in, ACCA, CPA oder eine gleichwertige anerkannte Qualifikation
- Hochschulabschluss in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Finanzen, idealerweise in einer GmbH oder einer ähnlichen Unternehmensstruktur
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Handels- und Steuerrechts (HGB, AO, UStG), der Unternehmensbesteuerung, der Finanzberichterstattung sowie der Budgetierung und Prognoseerstellung
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV, SAP, Lexware oder ähnliche ERPSysteme)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und Tools zur Finanzberichterstattung
- Flüssige Deutschkenntnisse (Business-Niveau, C1+) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine praxisorientierte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Termine in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld einzuhalten
- Erfahrung mit ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV, Business Central oder ähnlichen Systemen).
