Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest das strategische Key-Account-Management für unsere Bestandskunden in der Stahl- und Metallindustrie und treibst die Akquise von Neugeschäft aktiv voran.
- Im Rahmen deiner regelmäßigen Kundenbesuche im In- und Ausland berätst du technisch fundiert zu unseren Maschinen und erarbeitest passgenaue Lösungen direkt vor Ort.
- Basierend auf deiner Analyse von Markttrends entwickelst du nachhaltige Vertriebsstrategien, um unsere Wachstumsziele zu erreichen und neue Potenziale zu erschließen.
- Du führst komplexe Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit Schlüsselkunden sowie Partnern und berichtest deine Erfolge und Markt-Insights direkt an die Geschäftsführung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. im Maschinenbau mit Fokus auf Metallerzeugung oder Umformtechnik.
- Du bringst mindestens 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb mit, idealerweise in der Metall- oder Stahlbranche.
- Deine Stärke liegt darin, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären und Kund:innen mit deiner Vertriebsaffinität zu überzeugen.
- Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland sowie eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst und verhandelst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (beides C1-Niveau).
