Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den strategischen Aufbau des Vertriebsgebiets Ostdeutschland, indem Sie gezielt neue OEMs und Endkunden aus der Metallindustrie für unsere Werkzeugmaschinen gewinnen.
- Sie betreuen und entwickeln Ihren bestehenden Kundenstamm weiter und agieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für ausgewählte Schlüsselkunden in Deutschland, Österreich und Tschechien.
- Von der Bedarfsanalyse über die technische Beratung bis zum Vertragsabschluss steuern Sie den gesamten Vertriebsprozess und überzeugen durch Ihre Expertise in der Zerspanungstechnik.
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends und bringen Ihre Erkenntnisse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Vertriebsinnendienst und Projektierung ein.
- Sie erstellen passgenaue Angebote sowie Spezifikationen und repräsentieren unser Unternehmen professionell auf Messen, bei Kundenschulungen und Präsentationen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Fachbereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder eine Ausbildung als Meister:in oder Techniker:in mit Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Flächenvertriebserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Werkzeugmaschinen oder in der Zerspanungstechnik
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und besitzen verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie denken analytisch, sind teamfähig und zeigen Eigeninitiative
- Sie treten kompetent auf und haben ein hohes Maß an Kund:innenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie sind bereit, viel zu reisen (primär in Ostdeutschland), besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und wohnen idealerweise im Raum Ostdeutschland
