Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche vor Ort zur Projektaufnahme, Beratung und Inbetriebnahme von Beleuchtungssystemen im Raum Mitteldeutschland.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Projekte von der ersten Projektaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme und fungierst als Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Monteur:innen und interne Lichtplaner:innen
- Du nimmst vor Ort beim Kund:innen die Anforderungen auf, besprichst technische Details und berätst hinsichtlich geeigneter Leuchten, Verkabelungen sowie der optimalen Umsetzung der Lichtlösung
- Du übernimmst die Inbetriebnahme von intelligenten Leuchten, darunter LED-Systeme sowie vernetzte Lichtlösungen, und bindest die Leuchten in webbasierte Benutzeroberflächen und moderne Steuerplattformen ein
- Du führst beim Kund:innen direkt vor Ort eigenständig Fehlerdiagnosen durch und übernimmst notwendige Reparaturen
- Du weist unsere Kund:innen technisch ein, schulst sie im sicheren und effizienten Umgang mit den Systemen und stehst ihnen bei Fragen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite
- Du dokumentierst Einsätze sorgfältig und gibst Rückmeldungen an das Projektteam, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicherzustellen und unterstützt aktiv bei der Planung und Umsetzung innovativer Lichtlösungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als IT-Systemelektroniker:in, und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Kundenprojekten mit.
- Du kennst dich gut mit IoT-Lösungen aus und hast ein solides Verständnis für IP-Netzwerke sowie mobile Endgeräte.
- Es macht dir Spaß, Kund:innen technisch zu beraten, Support zu leisten und sie in neue Systeme einzuschulen.
- Mit deiner kommunikativen und lösungsorientierten Art findest du für jede technische Herausforderung eine gute Lösung.
- Für die Einsätze bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
