Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie installieren Monitoringsysteme im Rahmen von Retrofits und Präsentationen – direkt beim Maschinenhersteller oder Endkund:innen
- Sie schulen Anwender:innen in der sicheren und effizienten Bedienung unserer Systeme
- Sie analysieren und beheben Fehler an Sensoren, Systemen und Installationen (PLC-Schnittstelle, NC Programme, Antriebsdaten, Bedienung)
- Sie bewerten Maschinen und Prozesse, wenn diese die Systemfunktion beeinflussen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Produktmanagement zusammen und geben Rückmeldungen zu Fehlern, Kund:innenanforderungen und technischen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb bei der Auslegung von Systemen und beraten Kund:innen technisch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrieelektroniker:in oder Industriemechatroniker:in
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Werkzeugmaschinen oder Zerspanung, idealerweise als Einrichter:in oder Inbetriebnehmer:in
- Sie besitzen fundierte PLC-Kenntnisse (Siemens, Fanuc) sowie NC-Know-how
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und solide Englischkenntnisse
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und strukturiert und treten professionell bei Kund:innen auf
- Sie sind bereit, viel innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen (gelegentlich auch in EU-Nachbarländer) und besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
