Was erwartet dich?
- Einstieg in Restrukturierungsprojekte: Du arbeitest in erfahrenen Teams an Projekten in herausfordernden Unternehmenssituationen und erhältst direkten Einblick in Entscheidungsprozesse
- Analysen & Planungsvalidierung: Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen, Finanzkennzahlen und integrierten Planungen sowie bei Independent Business Reviews (Quick Checks)
- Sanierungs- und Reorganisationskonzepte: Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Sanierungskonzepten nach IDW S 6 sowie bei Reorganisationskonzepten mit
- Umsetzung & PMO: Du begleitest die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Rahmen von Restrukturierungsprojekten und unterstützt im Projektmanagement (PMO)
- Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit Banken und weiteren Stakeholdern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Restrukturierung oder in der Unternehmensberatung
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit klarem Schwerpunkt in Finance oder Accounting
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und die Motivation, Unternehmen in herausfordernden Situationen zu begleiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
