Was erwartet dich?
- Einstieg in Transaktionsprojekte: Du wirst Teil erfahrener Projektteams und arbeitest aktiv an M&A-Projekten mit – mit direktem Einblick in Entscheidungsprozesse
- Finanzanalysen und Werttreiber: Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen sowie Geschäftsmodellen und identifizierst Werttreiber - im Rahmen von Sell-Side-Prozessen, Financial Due Diligences und Bewertungsprojekten
- Unternehmensbewertung & Modelle: Du wirkst bei Unternehmensbewertungen (z. B. DCF, Multiples) sowie bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Financial Models mit
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsunterlagen: Du unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung von Analysen und Ergebnissen für Management, Gesellschafter und Investoren
- Lernen im Projektkontext: Du entwickelst Deine fachlichen und methodischen Fähigkeiten in vielfältigen Projekten – unterstützt durch unsere erfahrenen Kolleg:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensberatung, idealerweise im Bereich M&A oder Transaction Services
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit klarem Schwerpunkt in Finance oder Accounting
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Hohes Interesse an Geschäftsmodellen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und prägnant aufzubereiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
