Was erwartet dich?
- Verantwortung in Restrukturierungsprojekten: Du übernimmst eigenständig Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete und Teilprojekte und steuerst diese in enger Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Mandanten
- Analysen & Independent Business Reviews: Du führst Analysen von Geschäftsmodellen, Finanzkennzahlen und Planungen durch und erstellst Independent Business Reviews
- Sanierungskonzepte & Reorganisation: Du erarbeitest Sanierungskonzepte nach IDW S 6 und entwickelst Reorganisationsmaßnahmen
- Umsetzung & Transformation: Du begleitest die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen, steuerst Projekte im PMO und unterstützt das Implementation Management
- Stakeholder-Management: Du arbeitest eng mit Banken, Gesellschaftern und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen und unterstützt in der Kommunikation
- Sondersituationen & insolvenznahe Beratung: Du wirkst an Projekten in komplexen Unternehmenssituationen mit und unterstützt bei insolvenznaher Beratung sowie im Interim Management

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Restrukturierung / Turnaround Advisory
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Projekten oder Teilprojekten im Restrukturierungsumfeld
- Erste Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Arbeitspaketen sowie in der fachlichen Anleitung von Teammitgliedern
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit klarem Schwerpunkt in Finance, Accounting oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in integrierter Finanzplanung, Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung sowie in der Erstellung von Sanierungskonzepten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
