Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt die Kundenanforderungen in Kalkulationen und Angebote um
- Du steuerst fachlich das lokale Team mit den Schwerpunkten Koordination und Realisierung von IT-Projekten sowie Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Videoanlagen
- Du baust dein Team aus und entwickelst es weiter, ausgerichtet an den Projektanforderungen der Kund:innen
- Du nimmst an Kundenterminen teil und moderierst die täglichen Teambesprechungen, wobei du die Aufgaben deiner Mannschaft einteilst
- Du arbeitest im Team mit und führst selbständig verschiedene Servicetätigkeiten durch, wie Inbetriebnahme, Programmierung und Wartung von Video- und Sicherheitsanlagen
- Du übernimmst Rufbereitschaft im Team am Kundenstandort in Frankfurt, wofür ein Poolfahrzeug zur Verfügung steht, und planst das Budget der Folgejahre

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder IT-Systemelektroniker, ein technisches Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (Informatik) abgeschlossen - eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist willkommen
- Du bringst eine vertriebliche Historie mit Kalkulationserfahrung in der IT mit
- Du hast idealerweise erste fachliche Führungserfahrung, dies ist jedoch kein Muss
- Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und fachlich kompetent
- Du arbeitest organisiert, strukturiert und mitdenkend und hast ein hohes technisches Interesse für die Bereiche IT und Video
- Du hast eine zielorientierte Arbeitsgrundhaltung und behältst den Überblick bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen und besitzt einen PKW-Führerschein
