Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst den gesamten Prozess der Auftragsabwicklung von der Annahme bis zur Rechnungsstellung und sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation in unserem CRM-System.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Speditionen und unseren Außendienst stellst du einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher und pflegst aktiv unsere Kundenbeziehungen.
- Du organisierst eigenständig unseren Werkverkauf, berätst Endverbraucher:innen und behältst dabei stets die aktuellen Merchandise-Lagerbestände im Blick.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Durchführung der Tages- und Monatsabschlüsse sowie die gewissenhafte Kassenführung.
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam tatkräftig im Tagesgeschäft, bearbeitest Kontaktanfragen und gibst dein Wissen bei der Betreuung von Azubis und Praktikanten weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Disposition oder Spedition mit (z.B. als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) etc.
- Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und diskrete Arbeitsweise, besonders im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten, zeichnet dich aus.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer hast du Freude daran, dich aktiv einzubringen und unser gemeinsames Wachstum mitzugestalten.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Austausch mit Kunden und Partnern zu gewährleisten.
