Durchführung von Sicherheitstrainings bei Kunden vor Ort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und leitest eigenständig Sicherheitstrainings zum Umgang mit PSA gegen Absturz für unsere Schulungsteilnehmer.
- Du demonstrierst in praxisnahen Übungen das sichere Arbeiten und Retten in engen Räumen (Confined Spaces).
- Du vermittelst die relevanten theoretischen Grundlagen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften verständlich und zielgruppengerecht.
- Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Kurse, inklusive der Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen und der Erstellung von Zertifikaten.
- Du bist für die Wartung und Prüfung der Trainingsausrüstung verantwortlich und stellst eine sichere Lernumgebung sicher.

- Ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein ist für dich selbstverständlich und du agierst stets als Vorbild.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um alle Teilnehmenden sicher durch die Trainings zu führen.
- Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, dir neue Fachkenntnisse anzueignen, runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
