Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbuchst eigenverantwortlich die laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du betreust das Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement inklusive Zahlungsverkehr und wirkst beim Forderungsmanagement mit
- Du erstellst eigenständig Monats- und Quartalsabschlüsse
- Du ermittelst, buchst und gibst die monatlichen Steueranmeldungen, insbesondere der Umsatzsteuer und ZM, fristgerecht ab
- Du führst vorbereitende Jahresabschlussarbeiten durch und bist Ansprechperson für Steuerberater, Behörden und interne Fachbereiche
- Du betreust Betriebsprüfungen und erstellst statistische Meldungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d).
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit – eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) ist dabei ein klares Plus.
- Du bist fit im deutschen Steuerrecht, insbesondere im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer, und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig und sehr genau, du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bist eine geschätzte Ansprechperson für das Team und externe Stellen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
