Was erwartet dich?
- Als deine Hauptaufgabe prüfst du sorgfältig Fachpapiere und legst damit den Grundstein für eine korrekte und pünktliche Rechnungsstellung an unsere Kunden.
- Du unterstützt das Dispositionsteam tatkräftig im Tagesgeschäft, indem du Ladelisten erstellst, Frachtpapiere bearbeitest und Aufträge an unsere Logistikpartner weiterleitest.
- Du behältst den Überblick über unsere Packmittelkonten, führst diese eigenständig und buchst alle Bewegungen, insbesondere bei Tauschpaletten.
- Du erfasst neue Kundenaufträge präzise in unserem System und sorgst so für eine lückenlose Dokumentation aller logistischen Prozesse.
- Du kontrollierst die Eingangsrechnungen unserer Subunternehmer und stellst sicher, dass alle Leistungen korrekt abgerechnet werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, zum Beispiel als Bürokaufmann, Industriekaufmann oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d).
- Du stehst am Anfang deiner Karriere oder bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrung mit – wir arbeiten dich umfassend ein.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel, und überzeugst durch deine sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise.
- Als Organisationstalent arbeitest du gerne im Team und behältst auch bei administrativen Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
