Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Planung und Koordination von Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekten im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) für unsere Bestandsimmobilien.
- Sie steuern den gesamten Prozess von der Angebotseinholung und Vergabe an Dienstleister bis zur finalen Abnahme und Rechnungsprüfung, um eine termin- und budgetgerechte Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für technische Anliegen kommunizieren Sie aktiv mit Mietern sowie externen Partnern und sorgen für eine schnelle und serviceorientierte Lösung bei Störungen.
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung technischer Standards sowie Qualitätsvorgaben sicher und dokumentieren den Projektfortschritt und alle Maßnahmen sorgfältig mit MS Office.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA), alternativ als Meister, mit.
- Sie haben umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder Modernisierung von Bestandsobjekten.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik mit.
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres und kommunikatives Auftreten, auch im Umgang mit Mietern, zeichnen Sie aus.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
