Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere wichtigsten Kund:innen, verstehst ihre strategischen Ziele und stellst sicher, dass sie unsere SaaS-Lösungen im WordPress-Umfeld optimal für ihren Erfolg nutzen.
- Du identifizierst proaktiv Wachstumspotenziale innerhalb deiner Accounts und setzt diese durch gezieltes Up- und Cross-Selling in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsteam erfolgreich um.
- Du baust strategische Beziehungen zu unseren Partner:innen sowie Resellern auf und entwickelst diese weiter, um gemeinsam neue Marktchancen zu erschließen.
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen und internen Teams koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit Technik und Support, managst Eskalationen professionell und sorgst für reibungslose Onboarding-Prozesse.
- Du sammelst wertvolles Kundenfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen bei Kundenterminen sowie auf Events.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, Customer Success oder Vertrieb mit und bist versiert in der Entwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits im Tech-, Hosting- oder SaaS-Umfeld gearbeitet und verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis, um komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu machen.
- Deine kommunikative und vertrauensvolle Art macht dich zu einem überzeugenden Berater, der Kundenbedürfnisse erkennt und Potenziale für Upselling und Cross-Selling nutzt.
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, wodurch du auch in turbulenten Phasen den Überblick behältst.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
