Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen und Patient:innen individuell und kompetent zu allen Fragen der Kompressionstherapie
- Sie versorgen Menschen mit Lymphödem, Lipödem und anderen Indikationen fachgerecht mit flachgestrickten Kompressionsversorgungen
- Sie nehmen präzise Körpermaße und begleiten den gesamten Versorgungsprozess – von der Beratung über die Bestellung bis zur Anprobe und Nachbetreuung
- Sie kontrollieren Passform, Funktion und Therapieerfolg und begleiten notwendige Anpassungen
- Sie erklären die richtige Anwendung und Pflege der Kompressionsversorgung und unterstützen Ihre Kund:innen dabei, die Therapie erfolgreich in den Alltag zu integrieren
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Ärzt:innen, Lymphtherapeut:innen, Kliniken, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Krankenkassen zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen, im Sanitätshaus oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in der Versorgung mit rundgestrickten medizinischen Kompressionsstrümpfen.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Flachstrick, Lymphologie oder Lipödemversorgung mit.
- Sie haben Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit Menschen und überzeugen durch Ihr freundliches, empathisches und sicheres Auftreten.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig sowie verantwortungsbewusst und Sie bringen Teamgeist und den Wunsch mit, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine optimale Beratung zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
