- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner betreust Du unsere wichtigsten Kunden, entwickelst Geschäftsbeziehungen weiter und sorgst für eine professionelle Abwicklung von Anfragen, Aufträgen und Reklamationen.
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Auftragsprozess von der Auftragserfassung über die Rechnungsstellung bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung und koordinierst dabei Transporte im In- und Ausland.
- Mit Deinem Organisationstalent stellst Du einen reibungslosen Ablauf entlang der Lieferkette sicher und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, Stammdaten sowie administrativen Abläufen.
- Darüber hinaus analysierst Du Kundenbedarfe und relevante Kennzahlen, unterstützt Preisverhandlungen sowie Inventuren und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebs bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere Key Accounts als zentraler Ansprechpartner und entwickelst die Kundenbeziehungen strategisch weiter.
- Du bearbeitest und koordinierst eigenständig den gesamten Anfrageprozess – von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragserfassung bis zur Reklamationsabwicklung.
- Du verantwortest die vollständige Auftragsabwicklung in unserem ERP-System und stellst die korrekte Rechnungsstellung sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Produktion, Logistik und den Kunden sorgst Du für eine termingerechte Lieferung der Aufträge.
- Du analysierst die Bedarfe Deiner Kunden und unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung aktiv bei Preisverhandlungen und Vertriebsaktivitäten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
· Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Vertrieb oder Auftragsmanagement
· Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
· Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
· Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen
· Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
