Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden Systemlandschaften (onPrem, private Cloud, SaaS) und optimierst diese durch den Einsatz moderner CI/CD-Pipelines.
- Dein Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der SAP-Systeme, wobei du wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit Skripten in Python oder PowerShell automatisierst.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson im 2nd-Level Support analysierst und behebst du komplexe Störungen und arbeitest an der nachhaltigen Optimierung der Systemperformance.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer IT-Lösungen mit, insbesondere im Zukunftsfeld KI, und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Fachbereichen der TU Darmstadt zusammen.
- Gemeinsam im Team überwachst du proaktiv die Systemgesundheit, entwickelst das Monitoring weiter und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung komplexer IT-Umgebungen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CI/CD-Plattformen und bringst gute Kenntnisse in Technologien wie Python, PowerShell, JSON und Linux mit.
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb von Cloud-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise mit privaten Clouds oder SaaS-Lösungen.
- Deine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise hilft dir dabei, Systeme zu optimieren und Fehler systematisch zu beheben.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP-Systemlandschaften gesammelt oder bist motiviert, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Für die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Ansprechpartnern kommunizierst du fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
