Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst passgenaue Angebote und arbeitest technische Spezifikationen aus, um die individuellen Anforderungen unserer B2B-Kunden optimal zu erfüllen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst Du die reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen sowie der Versand- und Exportabteilung.
- Du managst die kaufmännische Abwicklung von Aufträgen und bist bei Reklamationen die erste Anlaufstelle, um schnelle und kundenorientierte Lösungen zu finden.
- Für eine saubere Datenqualität sorgst Du, indem Du den Artikel- und Kundenstamm in unserem ERP-System gewissenhaft pflegst und kontinuierlich erweiterst.
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam aktiv im Tagesgeschäft und bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und bist auch als Quereinsteiger:in willkommen.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der B2B-Kundenbetreuung mit – idealerweise sogar im technischen Handel.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher und hast idealerweise schon mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet.
- Als kommunikative und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit fällt dir der Austausch mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen leicht.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch für die interne und externe Kommunikation.
- Du bist während der ersten 3 bis 6 Monate vor Ort an unserem Standort präsent, um eine strukturierte Einarbeitung sicherzustellen – im Anschluss bieten wir Dir flexible Arbeitsmodelle an.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
