- Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Wartung des gesamten Maschinenparks im Stahlbau.
- Als fachliche Führungskraft leitest Du Dein Werkstatt-Team an, entwickelst es weiter und sorgst für einen starken Zusammenhalt.
- Du planst und steuerst die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe in der Fertigung – von der Materialdisposition bis zur termingerechten Fertigstellung der Projekte.
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team stellst Du unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse voran.

- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sammeln.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem Durchsetzungsvermögen überzeugst du im Arbeitsalltag.

About SONOVUS GmbH
Unser Betrieb wurde im Jahr 2015 von den beiden Geschäftsführern Stephan Kleene und Dieter Brake gegründet. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
