Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus unserer SaaS-Lösung – von der Erstansprache potenzieller Geschäftskunden bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- Du begeisterst Entscheider:innen für unser Produkt, indem du überzeugende Online-Präsentationen und Demos durchführst.
- Du betreust deine Bestandskunden proaktiv, identifizierst gezielt Up-Selling-Potenziale und baust so langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing gibst du wertvollen Input aus dem Markt, um unsere Vertriebsstrategie und Lead-Generierung kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld.
- Du verstehst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und kannst komplexe Lösungen verständlich auf Entscheider-Ebene präsentieren.
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Freude am Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen zeichnen dich aus.
- Eine hohe Eigenmotivation und eine zielorientierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise treiben dich an.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Vertriebs-Tools.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
