Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Bestandskunden rund um unsere Netzwerk- und IT-Security-Lösungen
- Sie identifizieren und gewinnen aktiv neue Geschäftskunden, indem Sie passgenaue Security-Konzepte auf Basis unseres Portfolios (z.B. Check Point, Fortinet, Aruba) präsentieren
- Sie steuern den gesamten Vertriebszyklus – von der Bedarfsanalyse über die Angebotserstellung in enger Abstimmung mit dem technischen Team bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
- Sie verhandeln und managen eigenständig Verträge, insbesondere im Bereich Renewals, Subscriptions und Support-Dienstleistungen
- Sie pflegen Ihre Kundenbeziehungen im Innen- und Außendienst in Absprache mit dem Team, sowohl remote als auch bei Terminen vor Ort in der Region

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und zeigen Eigeninitiative
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Account Manager (m/w/d) in der IT-Branche oder im Vertriebsinnendienst und sind bereit für den nächsten Karriereschritt
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse der Hersteller Check Point, Fortinet, Infoblox und HPE/Aruba
- Sie sind vertraut mit Begriffen wie Maintenance, Support, Renewals und Subscriptions
- Sie haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sind teamfähig
- Sie wohnen im näheren Umfeld von Köln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
