Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst den gesamten operativen Einkaufsprozess – von der Angebotsanalyse über Preisverhandlungen bis zur finalen Vergabeentscheidung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Lieferanten pflegst du eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und treibst deren strategische Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran.
- Mithilfe von SAP überwachst und optimierst du die Lagerbestände, um eine reibungslose Materialverfügbarkeit für die Produktion zu gewährleisten.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher, indem du relevante Zertifikate und Nachweise von Lieferanten einholst und bei Audits mitwirkst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf mit, bist verhandlungssicher und hast idealerweise bereits Rohmaterialien oder Kunststoffe beschafft.
- Mit deiner analytischen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei komplexen Beschaffungsprozessen den Überblick.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SAP, insbesondere mit den relevanten Einkaufsmodulen.
- Um unsere internationalen Lieferantenbeziehungen zu pflegen, kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
