Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und unterstützt bei Bedarf auch die Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Du führst Bankabstimmungen durch und stellst eine hohe Qualität unserer Finanzdaten und -unterlagen sicher
- Du wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten mit
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere externen Steuerberater im Zusammenhang mit Steuerabstimmungen und der jährlichen Berichterstattung
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wirtschaftsprüfern und unterstützt die Prüfungsprozesse
- Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Finanzprozesse und internen Kontrollen aktiv voran und spielst eine wichtige Rolle in unserer Finance-Transformation, indem du die letzten Phasen der Einführung von Business Central unterstützt und dazu beiträgst, einen erfolgreichen Übergang auf unsere neue Finanzplattform zum 1. Januar 2027 sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (HGB)
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen oder internationalen Unternehmen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Du verfügst über gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Business Central, was von Vorteil ist, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv in internationalen Teams zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
