Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und agile Steuerung von Bauprojekten für Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser, von der Planung bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst Du die Kommunikation zwischen Bauherren, Deinem Projektteam, internen Fachabteilungen und dem Vertrieb.
- Du führst Dein Projektteam fachlich, motivierst zur Lösungsfindung und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle sicher.
- Du verantwortest das gesamte Projektcontrolling und überwachst kontinuierlich die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards.
- Du stimmst den Liefer- und Leistungsumfang mit den Bauherren ab und sorgst für eine transparente Dokumentation aller Prozessschritte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bauwesen, z. B. als Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder im Holzbau.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten mit, idealerweise im Fertighaus- oder Hochbau, und kennst dich mit relevanten Normen und Bauvorschriften aus.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigenverantwortlich und hast Freude daran, technische und organisatorische Herausforderungen zu meistern.
- Mit deinem sicheren Auftreten und deiner Kommunikationsstärke überzeugst du im Umgang mit Bauherren, Partnern und dem Projektteam.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
