Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten das Bauamt inklusive Bauhof und Hausmeister
- Sie nehmen die Bauherrenfunktion wahr und begleiten technisch städtische Neubau-, Sanierungs- und Unterhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Sie bereiten kleinere städtische Baumaßnahmen vor und führen diese durch, inklusive Einholung von Angeboten
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Qualitätsmanagement im Bereich der städtischen Liegenschaften, Einrichtungen (z. B. Freibad, Linachtalsperre), Straßen und Gewässer
- Sie sind zuständig für die Wasserversorgung und Abwasserbeseitigung
- Sie nehmen an Gemeinderatssitzungen teil

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation in einem Bauberuf mit Meisterprüfung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Fachkenntnissen in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium zum Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder Architekt (m/w/d) und/oder Erfahrung in der Bauleitung
- Sie verfügen über Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sie besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig und verantwortungsvoll
- Sie haben Rechts- und Anwendungskenntnisse der wesentlichen Bauvorschriften und einen PKW-Führerschein
