Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch einen ausgewählten Kreis von Mitarbeitenden im Sales- und Serviceteam
- Du entwickelst und coachst die Teammitglieder im Hinblick auf Verkaufsstrategien, Servicequalität und digitale Tools
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erreichung von KPIs (z. B. Conversion, Kundenzufriedenheit, Reaktionszeiten) und erstellst regelmäßige Reportings
- Du übernimmst das Qualitätsmanagement und die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Workflows
- Du führst Bewerbungsgespräche und wählst neue Mitarbeitende für das Team aus
- Du betreust und bildest unsere angehenden Tourismuskaufleute (derzeit 4 Auszubildende) aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene touristische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bist verfügbar in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) und an mindestens 4 Tagen in unserem Office in Frankfurt am Main - Bockenheim präsent
- Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Kundenserviceteams, idealerweise im E-Commerce und Tourismus
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Hands-on-Mentalität und Führungskompetenz mit
- Du begeisterst dich für digitale Themen und hast sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Organisationstalent
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und hast idealerweise bereits die Ausbildereignung (AdA - Ausbildung der Ausbilder) nach der Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung (AEVO) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
