Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Installation und Inbetriebnahme moderner Heizungssysteme mit klarem Fokus auf Wärmepumpen-Technologie.
- Du führst eigenständig Wartungen durch, analysierst Störungen und sorgst mit gezielten Reparaturen für den reibungslosen Betrieb der Anlagen.
- Als Gesicht unseres Unternehmens vor Ort berätst Du unsere Kund:innen kompetent und findest für jedes Anliegen die passende technische Lösung.
- Du gestaltest die Energiewende aktiv mit, indem Du unsere Kund:innen bei der Umrüstung auf nachhaltige Wärmepumpen-Systeme begleitest.
- Du dokumentierst Deine Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig und sicherst so eine hohe Qualität und Transparenz für unser Team und die Kundschaft.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Kund:innen vor Ort zu erreichen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und zuverlässig, gleichzeitig bist du ein:e Teamplayer:in mit einem freundlichen Auftreten.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrung in der Installation von Wärmepumpen mit – dies ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
