- Du bist Augenoptikmeister:in und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Augenoptik mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position, zum Beispiel als Filialleitung, gesammelt.
- Mit deiner positiven und motivierenden Art begeisterst du dein Team und schaffst ein starkes Miteinander.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, triffst gerne Entscheidungen und hast ein gutes Gespür für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen.
- Deine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
