Durch dein Gespür für Themen, Keywords und redaktionelle Qualität sowie deine Ausstrahlung vor der Kamera trägst Du entscheidend dazu bei, unsere Reichweite zu steigern und unsere Position als führendes Online-Magazin mit etwa 1 Million Aufrufen pro Monat weiter auszubauen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Erstellung von Artikeln und Videos – von der Recherche und dem Produkttest im Smart-Home-Bereich bis zur Veröffentlichung über unser CMS.
- Du steuerst die SEO-Optimierung unserer Inhalte, analysierst die Performance mit Tools wie Google Analytics und entwickelst Strategien für eine bessere Sichtbarkeit, insbesondere bei Google Discover.
- Als Senior Redakteur gestaltest Du aktiv die Redaktionsplanung mit, treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Content-Formate voran und bringst eigene Ideen für neue Themen und Serien ein.
- Du sicherst die redaktionelle Qualität, indem Du Beiträge von Team-Kollegen sowie externen Autoren redigierst und als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Produkthersteller agierst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Medien/Kommunikation und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Redakteur*in mit, idealerweise im Tech- oder Smart-Home-Umfeld.
- Dein Schreibstil ist lebendig sowie leserorientiert, du bist absolut textsicher in deutscher Rechtschreibung (C2-Niveau) und hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO).
- Du stehst gerne selbst vor der Kamera, um Produkte zu präsentieren, und hast praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängiger Video- und Bildbearbeitungssoftware.
- Im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen (CMS) und Webanalyse-Tools wie Google Analytics bist du versiert.
- Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für digitale Trends und Technik-Produkte passt du perfekt in unser Team.

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
