Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Belegschaft mithilfe einer gängigen Abrechnungssoftware.
- Sie pflegen und verwalten sorgfältig alle Personalstammdaten und stellen sicher, dass unsere Datenbasis immer auf dem neuesten Stand ist.
- Sie erstellen Bescheinigungen und übermitteln fristgerecht alle erforderlichen Meldungen an Sozialversicherungsträger, Krankenkassen und Behörden.
- Sie stehen unseren Mitarbeitenden als kompetente Ansprechperson bei allen Fragen rund um Lohnabrechnung, Steuern und Sozialversicherung zur Seite.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit.
- Sie kennen sich gut im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht aus und wenden Ihr Wissen sicher an.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit einer gängigen Lohnabrechnungssoftware sowie MS Excel.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, sehr sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus und gehen selbstverständlich vertraulich mit sensiblen Daten um.
- Sie bringen eine kommunikative sowie teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit und schätzen den Austausch im Team.
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) für die präzise Bearbeitung aller Anfragen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
