Was erwartet Sie?
- Als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) nach DIN VDE 1000-10 verantworten Sie den sicheren und normgerechten Betrieb unserer gesamten Elektroanlagen, inklusive der 10-kV-Mittelspannungsversorgung.
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung Ihres 4-köpfigen Teams in der Elektrowerkstatt, erteilen Arbeitsaufträge, nehmen Freischaltungen vor und führen Arbeitsschutzunterweisungen durch.
- Sie planen und überwachen alle Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie die Wiederholungsprüfungen an Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln gemäß DGUV V3, wobei Sie auch externe Dienstleister beauftragen.
- Sie stellen eine lückenlose und aktuelle elektrotechnische Dokumentation sicher, von Schaltplänen bis zu Prüfprotokollen und Betriebsanweisungen.
- Sie organisieren die Rufbereitschaft für den Störungsdienst und nehmen aktiv daran teil, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung (Handwerks- oder Industriemeister*in) oder einen Abschluss als staatlich geprüfte*r Techniker*in für Elektrotechnik.
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) sowie im Betrieb und in der Wartung von versorgungstechnischen Anlagen mit.
- Sie haben bereits Führungserfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von kleinen Teams oder Gruppen gesammelt.
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus.
- Für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Dokumentation bringen Sie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
