Was erwartet dich?
- Sie nehmen die Pflichten als Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10 sowie als Anlagenbetreiber gemäß DIN VDE 0105-100 wahr.
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung von 4 Mitarbeitenden in der Elektrowerkstatt.
- Sie führen Wiederholungsprüfungen an elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln gemäß DGUV V3 durch und überwachen diese.
- Sie erteilen Arbeitsaufträge und nehmen Freischaltungen der Elektroanlagen vor.
- Sie verantworten den sicheren Betrieb der 10-kV-Mittelspannungsversorgung inklusive Übergabestation.
- Sie planen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und beauftragen entsprechende Fremdfirmen.
- Sie erstellen Arbeitsschutzunterweisungen und führen diese anschließend durch.
- Sie planen die Rufbereitschaft und nehmen selbst daran teil.
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren die elektrotechnische Dokumentation (wie beispielsweise Schaltpläne, Prüfprotokolle und Betriebsanweisungen).

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Meisterausbildung (als Handwerks- oder Industriemeister*in) oder einen Abschluss als staatlich geprüfte*r Techniker*in für Elektrotechnik o. ä.
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft und Anlagenbetreiber*in mit.
- Sie haben bereits Führungserfahrung in der Leitung von kleinen Gruppen gesammelt.
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Betrieb und in der Wartung von Elektroanlagen und versorgungstechnischen Anlagen.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Zuverlässigkeit aus und arbeiten stets eigenverantwortlich.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre Teamfähigkeit sowie Ihre Kommunikations- und Kooperationsbereitschaft.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
